Course Rules

On behalf of our staff, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Royal Oaks Golf Club. We are pleased that you are playing here and considering membership with us. It will be our continuing objective to maintain and manage Royal Oaks Golf Club professionally to assure a pleasant experience for you and your guest.

In order to provide a playing environment of which we can all be proud, and to reduce wear on the course we request your compliance with the following guidelines:

• Soft spikes are required. Hard spikes are not permitted.
  
  
• Always call ahead for tee times.
  
  
• Each player is expected to sign in.
  
  
• Start only on #1 tee unless o therwise directed by staff.
  
  
• Keep carts on paths at all times on all par three holes.
  
  
• Keep carts on paths at all tees and greens.
  
  
• Two carts per foursome and/or one cart per twosome.
  
  
• Single players will be paired. No reserved tee times.
  
  
• Five somes are only at discretion of staff.
  
  
• 90-degree rule.
  
  
• Please avoid driving through wet areas.
  
  
• When conditions warrant, you will be advised to use cart paths only.
  
  
• Please always allow faster golfers to “Play Through”.
  
  
• Please advise any staff member of any problems or misuse you may witness to include poor behavior, unsafe actions and vandalism or destruction of property.
  
  
• Practice facilities are available for all members. Please do not practice on the course.
  
  
• Please observe all rules of golf etiquette and accepted dress.
  
  
• Please dispose of trash in containers or keep in cart. Help to keep our course clean. Please direct any questions, comments or suggestions to management or any staff member.
